1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, requesting services, or entering into an agreement with Guys n Green LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
Guys n Green LLC provides construction, repair, maintenance, and related property services for residential, commercial, and governmental projects. All services are subject to written estimates, contracts, or service agreements outlining the scope of work.
3. Estimates & Quotes
All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of assessment. Final pricing may change if:
- Additional work is requested
- Unforeseen conditions are discovered
- Material costs fluctuate
- Structural or code issues arise
Any changes will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
4. Service Fees
Diagnostic or assessment visits may require a non-refundable service fee. This fee covers travel, evaluation, and consultation time and does not automatically apply toward project completion unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Payments
We accept cash and major credit cards processed securely through Square. Payment terms, deposits, and progress payments will be outlined in your written agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or suspension of work.
6. Independent Contractors
Guys n Green LLC may engage qualified 1099 independent contractors to perform certain trade services. All contractors are expected to meet professional standards and comply with applicable laws and safety regulations.
7. Scheduling & Access
Clients must provide reasonable access to the project site during scheduled service times. Delays caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or client-requested rescheduling may result in additional charges.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments canceled with insufficient notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
9. Warranties
Workmanship warranties, if provided, will be specified in writing. Warranty coverage does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper maintenance
- Damage caused by third parties
- Natural disasters or environmental conditions
10. Limitation of Liability
Guys n Green LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services beyond the value of the contracted work.
11. Compliance
All services are performed in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations within service areas in Michigan and Mississippi.
12. Website Use
All content on this website is the property of Guys n Green LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state in which services are rendered.
